Now, the Japanese restaurant/bar/dance club is hoping to make itself even better known for its serious sushi, hot plates and cocktails, introduced last month in celebration of the Gaslamp Quarter venue’s first anniversary.
Downtown’s Bang Bang recently celebrated their one-year anniversary, and in conjunction with the occasion, the restaurant unveiled several new menu items. The new dishes includes hot entrees, cold raw dishes and sushi under the direction of executive chef John Hong.
After a year of Gosling-approved sushi success, Bang Bang is changing things up. They’ve just debuted a redone menu of hot plates, sushi and cocktails from Executive Chef John Hong, aka Chef Kappa.
